Retrofitting Remanufacture Rebuilding PROCESS OF MANUFACTURE / REBUILD The company is fully equipped with all types of heavy duty machines, tools and the complete range of inspection tools for carrying out the critical operations necessary for the complete design, manufacture / reconditioning of heavy duty, special purpose machines. The company is located in the heart of an industrial zone and is therefore in a position to avail of services of industries with the necessary expertise and equipments. The services availed thereof, are subjected to our strict quality control and processes defined by us. The process of manufacturing special purpose machines / reconditioning of critical machines are as per the norms designed by us and are briefly detailed as below:-
Processing of Raw Materials. Processing of raw materials is done precisely as per drawings given by the design department. The inspection department carries out the quality control of the components strictly as per the tolerance given in the drawing. No deviation is authorised by the production without the concurrence of the design department. Each component has various individual drawing pertaining to machining, heat treatment processes that are needed for the completion of the component. |

| Parvati Machine Tools, We provide our clients with services such as reconditioning of machines and total maintenance, machine maintenance service, machinery maintenance service, total machine maintenance service. Our company is equipped with a fully equipped tool room to carry out high level engineering machining work with which help we regularly continue our repairs work and modifications of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. Some of the machines reconditioned by us are: • CNC machines • Conventional lathes • Milling machines • Vertical & horizontal boring machines • Radial, pillar and multi spindle drilling machines • Surface and cylindrical grinding machines • Hydraulic & mechanical press • Plate rolling machines • For hydraulic: electrical maintenance type job work Some of the services we provide: Installation Training We provide our clients with installation training in which our team explains about how the machinery working and installation tools. The installation training gives the full details of installation of machines. Operation Training In operational training, we provide our clients with handling and operational techniques of machines so that the machinery has a better shelf life. This increases the machinery’s reliability and cost effectiveness. Trouble shooting We take total maintenance for all our machineries if the machines have got any technical errors; the servicing is done with total client satisfaction so that our clients get easy durability and costs. We are a client centric organization and therefore all our efforts are facilitated for the total satisfaction of our clients. We are expecting a total turnover of 4 crore in the financial year of 2008-2009. Once, we deliver the product, we do take care of the post sales services even as we know that our clients need guidance on various fronts for using the product. |

| We have a well equipped infrastructure that has an installed capacity of 100 units and a total plot area of manufacturing plant is 6000 units. Our workshop and office is located over an area of 6000 square feet. Apart from this we have even built up shed of approx 4000 sq ft in the Chinch wad industrial area of Pune city. Our machinery includes: • Welding machine • Lathe machine • Shaper machine • Drill machine • Gas cutter Our production unit is installed with latest machines and necessary amenities for faster and flawless production. We have integrated our vast resources that are ably handled and utilized by our competent team. We make sure that all the machines used by us are kept up-to-date with the changing technology. Moreover, we also have a battery back up so if in case there is an electricity failure the production is not affected. We also have in house design unit and cad/cam facilities to customize products according to the client’s specific requirements. |
